Big event for the day was the grand opening of a new McDonald's in my town. I was mostly excited about the wireless access and the FREE coffee. I sat there for several hours watching the passing show. Many families of all colors came and went, some better behaved than others. Many adorable children. I was the only person on a computer and the management was probably very glad about that. Frankly, it was not an ideal spot to do my computer "stuff". Children were shrieking and chattering in English and Spanish. An incredible amount of business was being conducted. I asked the manager if he was afraid of running out of food! He laughed and said "NO".
